How can I put a picture on a CD itself?

I have a HP Photosmart C5383 All-in-one ( SCANNER PRINTER AND COPIER ) and i want to put a picture no my CD. I know how to put the CD in the CD Holder tray but i can’t find the CD/DVD softwere, where can I find it ? Thank u!
