STRIVE TO BE HAPPY.

We can all be quick in finding reasons to be miserable gits but it is harder always to be grateful and find something to cling on to which makes us happy. I don't mean that we should force ourselves to go into bouts of ecstasy but I think I have found a way to balance the blues but keeping busy.
Yeas I think keeping busy and doing something that you actually enjoy can get you over those Monday Morning blues in an instant. It is more often than not an idle mind that festers negative thoughts and if you can control a negative thought that enters the mind before it enters the heart then half the battle is won.
Another thing too keep in mind is don't wait for others to make you happy. It is best to find things that make you happy like hobbies and doing nice deeds. if you make someone else happy then that is a double wammy and you should take some peasure in that for yourself too.
A smile and good manners doesn't cost anythign and most of the best things in life are free. I am only writing down these thoughts from experience as this is the way I have managed to fight my own depression, without taking pills or going into booze or drugs. We can do this the healthy way and not only be thinking of others worse off than us to make ourselves feel better, that ain't very good either, esoecially if we can't help them, if you know what I mean. I don't want to give a lecture in self improvement as I am no Oprahbut it's just how I was feeling and thinking today, just wanted to share.

understand sisterette. If we feel bad or be pessimistic anyway, nothing good will happen to us... worse maybe but something good? none if we always think bad and miserable.

It is only a matter of mindset... We control actually what we feel. Though it is not 100%, a bigger part of our emotions are controllable.

Indeed! Be happy, no worries. Life is too short to be spent with all those negative energies and thoughts.
