I think I am off to Bhutan..I watched a documentary on the Greek TV channel all about Bhutan and its democratic monarchy etc. Well I fell in love with the place and the mentality of the people there as they are an agrarian society, predominantly Buddhist and quite peaceful in nature.
I logged online trying to locate real estate in Bhutan and fell in love with a house that is for sale there.
Here is the link to this Beautiful house and there are also some cottages too..
Beautiful House in Bhutan
The pic of the Guy at the top is the current King of Bhutan Dasho Jigme Khesar Namgyal Wangchuck who has great ideas and aspirations for his Nation. I admire him dearly.
I love the fact that His father who abdicated to give his Son some ruling time and who is an extremely wise man made it a custom that Bhutanese wear their traditional dress outside of the home which is something I would like all countries with tradition to adopt. That helps boost the local Economy. I GUESS gross national happiness IS WORKING FOR THE BHUTANESE. I WISH I COULD BE A PART OF THIS CONCEPT.

Hello Yanji,
Thanks for the Comment you left in my blog and the beautiful words about Bhutan. Bhutan is blessed with Great Leader and we are lucky to be his people. As of Bhutanese Dress, You can buy it from any handicraft shops. It does cost you a bit depending on the materials and the pattern that is use to make the dress.
